I know what it’s like. I have sat in your seat. The challenges of owning a business can be very stressful and only another business owner can relate. My name is Michael Barbarita and over the last 20 years I have owned and operated retail, manufacturing and service companies. My strength is in the area of financial management, a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), but because of my background I approach it from the business owner’s perspective, which means I think like a business owner not like an employee or vendor.

Most businesses are simply not big enough to afford, nor do they require a full time CFO. My solution to help your company is to provide you the services of a part time CFO, an experienced CFO with a thorough understanding of financial operations, but more importantly a thorough understanding of business ownership. I would work hands on at your location and only work on what you need making it very cost effective; furthermore I will be accessible to you in order for you to bounce ideas and challenges off me and for me to do the same with you.

Owning a business is not all stress, there are those moments of bliss and elation when things go right. I have felt those great feelings too and to me it makes having to deal with all of the challenges worthwhile. It's those great feelings that I strive to attain for my clients.
